1. Do you plan to change your eating habits in the new year?
Yes! I plan on adding more fresh fruits and veggies into my diet and drinking even more water. I am also going to incoporate a low carb diet as well.
2. Any workout tips to get us back in shape after the Holidays?
Drink more water, stretch before and after each work out, eat a veggie with every meal, eat breakfast, eat slowly, and go for a walk
3. What is your favorite thing that you did over the Holidays?
Spending time with friends and family.
4. What is something that you hope to accomplished in 2018 that you did not in 2017?
Read and relax more.
5. Name 3 things happening this year you are excited about and why.
Visiting the science museum, visiting the zoo again, and my kids' birthdays
